The Five Points Branch offers a wide variety of programs and activities to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you enjoy working out independently, the personal attention provided by a certified trainer, dancing, the tranquility of meditation, or socializing in a group fitness class, the YMCA has a program for you. By offering a variety of fitness options, our goal is to keep you motivated and committed to achieving a healthier and happier way of life.
Fitness Center
Our fitness center houses a wide range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Floor monitors and personal trainers are on-site to maintain safety in the fitness center and to provide fitness orientations, individual consultations, and direct assistance.
Personal Training
The YMCA believes that it is important for members to develop a personalized exercise program that best meets individual needs, goals, and abilities. Private sessions are available by appointment with a certified personal trainer or fitness instructor that can assist with the development of a personalized fitness regimen. Teen Strength & Fitness
Full Teen members ages 13-17 are permitted in the Fitness Center during the hours listed below after completing a fitness orientation:
- Monday-Friday: 3:00-5:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00-6:00PM Teen Night 6:00-8:00PM
- Sunday: 3:00-6:00PM
Teens may visit the fitness center at anytime when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Adult Sports
Get into the Game! Members can take part in volleyball, basketball, pickle ball and soccer pick up games. View scheduling information.

Senior Exercise Classes*
- Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
For anyone with joint discomfort. Works around one’s limitations to help increase range of motion. - Senior Action Aerobics
Low intensity exercise that helps to improve flexibility & cardiovascular conditioning

Child Watch Services
The YMCA offers Child Watch services in the am hours, Monday through Friday, 9:15-11:15AM, as well as on Saturdays, 8:30AM-12:00PM. We also offer Child Watch in the pm hours, Monday through Thursday, 5:30-9:15PM. This service is available for members who are utilizing the facility and/or programs. View scheduling information.
Child Watch Fees:
Full Members: Free
Program Members: $2 per child
